We are representing our client in the recruitment of a Program Manager based in Morayfield, QLD. As the Program Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of a vibrant and developing OSHC service, providing a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for children and families. Working closely with your Directors of Service, you’ll drive service improvement, support team development, and strengthen community relationships as the service continues its exciting period of growth and cultural transformation. This service currently welcomes around 78 children in the afternoon and 57 in the morning, supported by a small, evolving team. Key Perks and Finer Details Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 super grant Hours: Full-time, split shift (approx. 7:40–8:40am & 2:40–3:40pm) with 28 admin hours off the floor Service Size: 78 children (PM) / 57 children (AM) Opportunity to build a strong and motivated team Supportive state and regional leadership backing you every step of the way Be part of a developing, community-focused service in growth and transition Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators and Directors of Service Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with NQF and service policies Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the service Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the local school community Manage administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the program Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture What You’ll Need Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) or equivalent OSHC qualification Previous experience in an OSHC leadership or management role Strong understanding of the NQF, MTOP, and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications Why Join Our Client?
